CKSS 50th High School Reunion celebration at John D Bradely Convention Center in Chatham, Ontario

We celebrated a memorable 50th reunion with all the students from Chatham-Kent Secondary School. It was a spectacular night, everyone loved the photo booth. As you can see from the image above, even the school mascot could not resist to party in our photobooth. It was a very festive vibe the entire night as people get to meet classmates for the first time in a very long time. There were a lot of mingling and reminiscing of old memories. This was a super fun event and we could not thank Dale enough for inviting us. We hope everyone had a great time and happy 50th reunion CKSS!

Incredible Prom Night at the Fogolar Furlan Club of Windsor, Ontario

Wow! What an amazing prom event! There were 400+ students and the venue was done up better than some weddings we had attended! The students were all dressed to the nines with beautiful evening gowns and polished tuxedo. It make sense since this prom has a Great Gatsby theme. The student’s attire definitely matches the theme. To say the student loved our photo booth was an understatement. We had to open up the booth early due to the massive line and the line didn’t stop the entire night! People were still lined up even after the hall announced that they will be closing. =) Great crowd, great theme, great memories! Thanks so much for choosing Perfect Shutter again and we hope to see you next year!

Chatham Photo Booth Rental | Mandy and Matt

Mandy & Matt, a beautiful and elegant wedding celebration at the Armoury Four Diamond Catering: Chatham Armoury

What did we do last night you ask? We went to the Chatham Armouries to celebrate in Mandy and Matt’s wedding, and wow what a blast we had! It doesn’t matter which way you looked at this wedding, everyone was sharing their photos with their friends, shortly followed by them bringing their friends to the booth for more pictures.

These guests definitely weren’t camera shy – Mandy was taking loads of photos with her guests, bridesmaid Kim came back to try out all of the different props, and a group of ladies did their best to fit as many people into one picture as possible… for the record they were able to fit 12 people inside our booth! Featuring band Toast and Jam kept people dancing not only on the dance floor, but also in the photo booth line and in the booth itself! Perfect Shutter couldn’t have asked for a better night, we even made a special appearance of our own in the photo booth thanks to some coaxing from the bridesmaid. Best of luck to Mandy and Matt in the future!

Windsor Photobooth Rental | Vanessa and Douglas

Vanessa & Douglas, an amazing wedding celebration at the Fogolar Furlan of Windsor, Ontario

Arlene had invited us to the beautiful wedding of Vanessa and Douglas. The decorators from Forever yours did a great job decorating the hall. Douglas met Vanessa from British Columbia and that’s where his family is from so there were a lot of out of town guests at this wedding. Arlene was amazing to work for, she made sure that we had everything we needed and really took care of us. The minute Don’ DJ started pumping out music, the line to our photo booth started to form and it was non-stop from there on out. Everyone loved our Canadian props and we had a blast with all the guests. From little babies to the young at heart, everyone was created memories in our booth! Special thanks to Arlene for inviting us and congrats again Vanessa and Douglas! May your happily-ever-after begin on May 11, 2013.

Windsor Prom Photo Booth Rental | F.J. Brennan Prom 2013

An amazing prom night at the Ciociaro Club of Windsor, Ontario

Perfect Shutter was lucky enough to spend prom with Brennan on Friday night, and boy did we have fun! With the ladies looking glamorous in their beautiful dresses, and the guys looking spiffy in their tuxes it did not stop these energetic Cardinals from taking lots of great pictures. From couples going in to take those memoruous prom pictures, to groups of friends going in covered in props to celebrate this once in a lifetime night. No matter how done up their hair was it did not stop the girls from putting on our colourful wigs, and no matter how great their own ties looked the guys still preferred our crazy glitter ties! Not to mention our giant glasses and masks made it into almost every picture, and at some points even onto the dance floor! Perfect Shutter was so happy to go to Brennan’s prom this year and we can’t wait to see them again next year!

Katharine & Ian, a fabulous wedding celebration at the Madsen’s Greenhouse & Garden of Newmarket, Ontario

This is our first photo booth party at the Madsen’s Greenhouse & Garden. We’ve done many corporate events in greenhouses but first time attending a wedding in a greenhouse. We were totally stunned by the whole setup. The venue was beautifully lit with warm lights and a gorgeous waterfall creating a cozy vibe. Tropical background music provided an added dimension as if we are inside a rain forest. Their staff was amazing and super friendly. Everyone had a blast in our photo booth. The line was non stop the entire night. The guests absolutely loved the props and couldn’t stop themselves from coming back over and over again. Thanks so much Ian and Katharine for inviting us to this awesome celebration!

It was a blast at Morgan & Eric wedding celebration at the Caboto Hall of Windsor, Ontario

We celebrated a beautiful wedding with Eric and Morgan at the Caboto Club. It was a blast the entire night! Their family and guests absolutely loved our photo booth. So much so that they needed an extension for our service. =) The Bride and Groom took every chance they can find to party in the photo booth with their guests. No one was camera shy that night – Eric and Morgan will definitely have a DVD full of great memories! Congrats once again to Eric and Morgan, thanks so much for having us there.

We’ve been nominated as a Windsor Business Excellence Award Finalist

This year, Perfect Shutter had the honour of being recognized by the Windsor Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce. We were nominated by a past client for a prize in the Chamber’s annual Business Excellence Awards. After submitting our business profile and a questionnaire, we were announced as a finalist for Start Up of the Year.

The awards gala took place on April 24th, 2013 at the Ciociaro Club of Windsor. In attendance was Mayor Eddie Francis, Chamber President Matt Marchand, Windsor Star editor Marty Beneteau and hundreds of local entrepreneurs and business people. It was great to meet many of the influential people who help drive the Windsor economy.

It was truly an honour to be recognized by the Chamber of Commerce and the greater Windsor business community. Since starting Perfect Shutter three years ago, we’ve always strived to do our best at what we love. We’re truly humbled by the acknowledgement of those who appreciate what we do.

A special shout-out goes to the other “Start Up of the Year” finalists, Spotvin and Sweetheart Baby Boutique. Congratulations to all the nominees and award winners!
